Aspire 5 A515-51G Random fps drops gaming

Hi,
in games like league of legends and cs:go my fps randomly drop from like 150 fps to 5-15 fps for proximatly 5 to 10 seconds before going back up.
I have the i7-8550u aspire with the mx150 and 8gigs of ram and use win10 1709. First I suspected it to be a thermal throttling problem as the cpu temps with turbo boost were up to 94 degrees but after changing the thermal paste they dont go higher as 81 degrees and the problem still persists. Im monitoring it with hwinfo and coretemp, also the hwinfo log is not showing any thermal events. Oddly fallout 4 for example is running without any problems.
Im running the latest bios and tried several nvidia drivers but no change. What I also tried is playing with the energy settings and I found out that by disabling the cpus turbo boost the problem disappears, but I find it very annoying to have to manually restrict the cpus power state in the energy settings every time I want to play.
Has anyone encountered the same issues and found a solution or has an idea what also could help?
Thank you

Thank you, throttlestop makes it indeed a little easier to switch the powerstates.

I've asked them before about intel optane memory support and they have replied me with RAM information and which are supported xD1 -
its power-limit throttling . gpu is taking alot of tdp i guess hence cpu throttles down further than base clock to keep gpu running at max. try putting performance to adaptive in nvidia control menu. you can check when cpu throttles with intel xtu.0

In my Aspire A515-51G(i5-8250U, 8GB RAM, GeForce MX150 2GB), When I play FIFA 18, the fps keeps going down with each successive match, and after one point the game just quits. This wasnt a problem in the beginning but this is happening now. All my drivers are updated and I cant seem to figure out the problem0

acer aspire a5 A515-55G-58X1-i5-1035G1-GeForce® MX350- 8GB RAM- My problem started after I reset my computer. When I first turned on my computer, I was playing Counter-Strike Global Offensive without experiencing any FPS drops, but after resetting I experienced FPS drops in both Knight Online and CS: GO. I tried the solutions in all the topics that popped up and my problem still persists. I also did the dust cleaning of the computer, even since I bought my computer, I bought an extra laptop cooler and I use it with it. CPU temperature reaches 94 degrees Celsius. I couldn't figure out where is the problem. Graphics Card updates have been made, windows updates have been made. I use the Norton Antivirus program that comes with Acer, but still the problem on my computer is not resolved. I'm waiting for your help.0
