My A315-53G-56E6 shows that the battery is at 0%, and doesn't charge.

Windows just suddenly started showing that the battery is at "0% available (plugged in)". The computer randomly shuts off even if I keep it plugged in and doesn't turn on without the charger. I am guessing that the battery is fine, because, before this issue, it was completely fine and working perfectly. I ran the battery check on Acer Care Center and the status showed that the battery "Requires Attention". When I click on "Suggestion", the app just says that "Battery life is degraded due to long term use".

I haven't done any hardware or software modifications to the laptop, the issue started yesterday.

So far, I have tried turning off the computer, unplugging the charger, and pressing on the battery reset pinhole for 5 seconds. I have tried just restarting the computer and also ran the troubleshooter. Nothing has helped so far.

Could it be a software issue? Or maybe some connector disconnected from the inside?

My laptop is an Acer Aspire 3 A315-53G-56E6, the part number is NX.H18EL.008, and the SNID is 82403128034.
