I have buyed acer nitro 5 3050rtx laptop I have facing restarting issue engg said SSD is the probs ?

    For the restarting issue , hold down the power button for 30 sec and turn on the laptop , if it is keep on  restarting you have to contact the tech support only but if the restart is happening occasionally try to reset the computer to the default so it may resolve the issue if it is software related issue ,Boot your device in Safe Mode by doing Shift + Restart, and try bios reset , please check out the link below to reset the computer

    I have been where you are, was there any recent update, did you install any new software before you started facing the issue? Try going to the advanced repair options and try uninstalling latest feature updates, try to go into safe mode under startup settings. If none of them works, then try doing a soft reset, if the reset was unable to complete, then we can conclude that it is an SSD issue. In order to access all the above options, you can simply hold ALT and tap F10 rapidly as soon as you see the acer logo after you turn on the computer, click on Troubleshoot and you can see advanced options.
