Acer Nitr0 5 AN515-43, Should I Get A Repaste Of Thermal Paste?

Recently I had my laptop cleaned & the thermal repaste for my CPU repasted (around ~4 weeks ago) and I tested the temps of my CPU and it was around ~85+C°and now it's hitting an average of 90C° and the GPU is now getting close of the 90C°(it was 75C°-80C° back then). I've read that the GPU hitting regularly hitting 80+C° will shorten its lifespan, which isn't a good thing for me. Should I ask them for a repaste and if so can I tell them to use Grizzly Kryonaut, because their thermal paste is *****.

    Hi,
I wouldn't advice you to repaste very often because it may damage other components, I would always repaste as a last resort measure, now, if you haven't tried it, switch on CoolBoost in NitroSense and see whether it helps, as for the temperatures in your laptop, as you may have known the CPU can withstand up to 105°C, so I wouldn't worry too much about average temperature of 90°C, when it goes beyond 95°-100°C you can think about repasting.

Coolbost didn't help to surpress the temperatures and I did say I had average temps of 90°C; it's around this mark where thermal throttling kicks in and nobody wants to play a game with constant lag spike, also that's why I was concerned by it. The temperature did go beyond 95°C, you can reference this with the image that I attached to my post it reached 101°C which I'm not comfortable with nor is my CPU.

The top image, both are two image I've combined and I'm highlighting the peak of the temperatures
