A few people have said that removing and re installing that app sometimes makes it re appear, it's worth a shot!

    Hi SPIN3BATTERY,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.

i guess i tried over 30 times to re-install care center. didn't work   ( even tried to install microsoft app, didn't work )

and it's not related to battery update.

when i go with the option battery and search automatically, it says that " An optimized driver is already installed."

it just seems to be ignored.

There are some laptops that do not have this function, but the phenomenon of disappearing there is a problem.

    Hi SPIN3BATTERY,

We can try with the troubleshooting steps if it is a software issue iwe can fix it by doing that. If issue not resolved it may be hardware issue we can check with acer for repair service.
