Headset is working on other computers except for my acer nitro 5

I tried reinstalling the audio drivers and nothing, the computer detects the headset but no sound comes out of them. I know the headset isn't broken because I tried it out on my second computer and it worked just fine. My headset isn't muted in windows and it's the default device anyways. Any solutions?

    Yes I do and I tried changing the connector retasking and same result.

    I don't see why that even matters because the same pair of headphones works (sound+mic) on other computers. If you don't have a solution, just best to not say anything at all.
