I have an Acer S271HL that works perfectly fine except on one PC.

I've plugged this Acer S271HL into 2 different laptops with the same HDMI cord and the monitor works just fine, but when I plug it into this tower PC, the monitor just displays "No Signal". This monitor worked perfectly with the PC until recently I unplugged it, used it for one of my laptops, and then plugged it back into the PC. Now It just keeps giving me "No Signal" even though it'd been working for years.

Please, if anyone knows how I make the two work together again, I'd very much appreciate it.

I connected a different monitor, a Dell UltraSharp 2408WFP, to the PC from the DVI-D port on the monitor to the DVI-D port on the PC. This still didn't work and I got a message saying that there was no signal from the PC. I assume this means that either the HDMI port and DVI-D port don't work, or there might be something wrong with the graphics card?

Ok fixed, we were just plugging it into the wrong HDMI port lol. Thank you to everyone who helped me out, this forum really has some bountiful help.

Sorry I didn't step in quickly enough to solve it for you before you did it yourself. :) Plugging into the MB when there's a GPU is the most common of those issues.
