What video cable do I need to connect a Dell E2318H Monitor to an Acer Aspire TC-895-UA91?

    You may be able to use an HDMI to VGA adapter but be careful and read the reviews on the adapter. Good Luck

    The Dell monitor looks like it has DP and VGA connectors. The TC-895 has either two HDMI ports or two HDMI and a VGA port on the motherboard. My guess is, since you are asking this question, yours has only the two HDMI. To connect the monitor you need a HDMI to Displayport cable. That was just the cheapest one I saw on the first page of amazon's search... Note that a DP to HDMI cable will be much cheaper and will not work! The direction is important.
