What is the exact nature of the battery draining problem? If you have more than one program or application running and a non-Microsoft antivirus running in the background and you watch browser videos and play games and display is on 100% brightness, the battery will usually drain very fast. Maybe in less than an hour. This would be normal since many factors can drain a battery very quickly.

    Hi saajan0987,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
Update Battery Drivers in Windows EASILY - Driver Easy
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

The battery still has about 75% of its original design capacity. So it should run for more than an hour if you reduce the number of apps, programs, games & webpages you're trying to run at the same time. First uninstall, don't just disable, any  non-Microsoft virus scanners. You don't need them and they can drain too much power from the battery when using a browser.

But why my laptop's health drowns to 75% I locked my battery to 80% and use it carefully and my cousin has the same model but his laptop doesn't have any problem like this.
Should I go to the service center and ask them to replace it??

It is normal for a battery wear about 25%. The battery doesn't need to be replaced. You simply should pare down the number of apps, programs, games & webpages you're trying to run at the same time to get better battery life unplugged.
