My Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 - 2019 model, switches off when moved or shooked even a little. Sometime even when space bar is pressed hard suddenly it turns off.
And sometimes it doesn't turns back on until moved a bit or lifted up and rotated up side down.
Hard drive, Ram and all the possibly visible wires/sockets checked and seemed fine.
What could be the problem?

    Hello Easwar,
    What's a unit battery?
and for further information... this problem occurs both when device is on battery and when plugged in.

NO, I never dropped or hit it anywhere.
This problem was always there from the beginning, but it was really minor then, like, when I left it on sleep/hibernated and moved it or travelled with it in my bag, later I used to see it went off. I got it checked then at the acer service center, but they told me it was just the hard disk's turn off timing issue in the power plan settings. Plus I couldn't show them the problem at that time because that used to happen very rare.
Else I never really used it moving around, as it was always on my table..so it didn't caused much of a problem.

But now it's out warranty, and the problem has increased.

    Hi DC5,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

    hi Easwar,
I tried and the device already had the latest drivers installed. This is surely not the solution.
    The problem seems mechanical only.

    hi Easwar,
Got my laptop diagnosed at the service center and they told me that the device has issues with its chipset. And the only solution is to get a new motherboard, which is extremely costly.
Now I'm trying to talk to acer directly because It is a manufacturing defect, they sold me a faulty chipset. I have mentioned this same problem before, when the product was under warranty and at that time their service provider tricked me saying its a software defect. This problem was minor earlier and now its extremely major.
