My An515-52-5188 suddenly shuts down

I have a notebook of the Acer Nitro An515-52-5188 model for just over 1 year and a half, and it had been working perfectly until then. However, two months ago I noticed that when holding the notebook with one hand on the right side of the case (pressing with the hand in the area where the charger and 2 USB's entries are located), it would stop working completely, freezing the screen, emitting a metallic sound  and only working again after turning it off via the keyboard button. Today, when I put my notebook on my cooling base, it worked normally, I left it for 20 minutes, and when I came back, the screen was frozen and the notebook was again emitting such a sound, I turned it off and back on, however, it would only turn on the key lights, the fan would move for 1 second, then it would turn off again, and then turn back on right away, and kept in this loop until I pressed the off button for 5 seconds, where it didn't turn on again . I left it standing for a few minutes in my bed, and when I turned it back on, it worked normally.
I wonder what could be causing such crashes, and how to resolve them?
