Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52-56HV won't charge when plugged in, desperate

Good morning, so I've been having this issue for the past week and a half where my charger will be plugged in but the LED won't turn on and, well, it won't charge.

I've tried every solution I've read and watched so far on this forum:

Uninstalled battery drivers from device manager, used the paper clip to press the battery reset button, unplugged and plugged the battery itself from the laptop, used the Power advanced troubleshooter, reset BIOS settings, and the thing just won't charge.
On previous days, one solution or the other would work after a while, especially the first time I unplugged the battery from the laptop. But I'm here at the office trying to work, I've tried every solution, and I've read many cases of people buying new chargers only for the problem to arise again, so I'm out of sorts. I hope you guys can help me.

Thanks

    Hi FabianVS96,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
Update Battery Drivers in Windows EASILY - Driver Easy
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

Thanks for the quick reply. I've tried this multiple times, tried it once again right now, didn't work :(

I decided to disassemble my laptop again and disconnect the battery to leave it hanging for a while... After coming back and reconnecting it, it worked again

However, this charger problem has been fixed and reappeared over the past 2 weeks, I'd love to know if there is a more permanent solution to this

I had a predator do that to me, did you check if the battery is "inflating", because mine was getting bulges and stopped working.

Battery looks fine, I've managed to avoid this problem by just leaving my laptop on sleep instead of turning it off
