I am planing to upgrade my laptop with Aditional RAM .
I was confused whether the option for 8GB or 16GB RAM. The existing RAM size is 4GB-single channel. The Amazon seller shows that the maximum expandable RAM size for this laptop is 12GB
I would like to know from the ACER Technical Experts to get 8GB or 16GB

You can either use a 8GB or a 16GB module to upgrade up to 20GB maximum memory.
