I have a VG270 V and this blue vertical line appears and it sometimes goes away and sometimes stays there. I have unplug my HDMI and it was on the no signal screen so I know its my monitor and I have tried the same HDMI on my other monitor and the line is not there, is there a way to make it go away or do I need to send it in to get fixed?

Yes, since it's there with the cable disconnected it is a fault in the monitor. Contact Acer support to get it fixed.

Hey I’m having the same problem and I know it’s not my cable or software issue. Has anyone found a fix for this yet?

Seems this is a common issue. My monitor went into Acer repair centre, 3 weeks and no resolution.

I have same issue with my monitor after only 8 hours of use.
