Hi, since yesterday my acer nitro 5 has been performing extremely slow, this happened out of no where and was working fine for a while before, I've tried to search for a solution for this. I've cleaned the driver, I done system cleans and emptied the driver incase its due to low memory but nothing has seemed to work. I've freed up plenty of stuff and the pc is still super slow, it takes ages to start up, I'm currently sitting here after resetting the loading acer screen and I've been waiting 25 minutes for it to start up, I tried the f2 technique go reset the system back yo default but that didn't help at all, I've tried putting the paper clip in the tiny hole for 25 seconds and that didn't seem to help. Just as I'm typing this it has popped up saying its in stage 1 of repairing the driver, this exact thing happened yesterday but it said it didn't work for some random reason and I just chose the option to go back to Windows, this is really affecting me as games are able to be ran as I get constant frame drops and this hasn't happened before. I don't know what else I can do but I'm having no success with what I'm trying, could it possibly have anything to do with a recent Windows update?

The attempt to repair the driver is going even slower than it did yesterday, 10 mins in and its at stage 1 2% and estimates it'll take 16 hours

The general rule when asking for help is giving any and all information you can:
    Model version
    BIOS version
    GPU
    CPU
    HDD/SSD
    Drivers installed

And be more clear as to what you have already done to fix the problem
