My Chromebook 315 won’t login

My normal password was rejected. Tried Powerwash. Can’t get beyond page telling me I’m not connected to network, although it shows that I am indeed connected to WiFi. I’ve tried to reset laptop, router, etc. Does anyone have advice??

    Please keep your laptop next too the wifi so it has Stong Connection

    Your laptop needs to be connected to the internet in order to validate your password or it needs to be exactly the same credentials as used for the last login. When you connect to the network are you entering the right password there?
