You can't mix RAM on your AN515-54 like you have with 1x 4GB and 1x 16GB as that is why it doesn't work! Take the 1x 4GB RAM stick out and "ONLY" have the 1x 16GB DDR4-2666MHz stick inside, you have to have the same capacity, speed and timing for the RAM to work in "Dual Channel" and to work to its max efficiency!

The 16GB RAM must be the wrong RAM you have to have DDR4-2400MHz or DDR4-2666Mhz RAM and it has to be standard RAM not overclocked, see your 4GB OEM RAM memory speed/timing and type on CPUz software (if you haven't got it get it from the link I've provided) it's in section "Memory" and "SPD" of CPUz of what your DDR4-4GB is and get the same 16GB type RAM because if you get new RAM and you get black screen the new RAM is not compatible and you have either put the RAM in incorrectly or the RAM is incompatible. .
