I have got an Acer C22_820 All In One. The USB hub keeps being turned on when I shut the computer down. I have already read other replies, but the Quick Access on my pc does not have any option regarding USBs.  Should I download an updated version, or is there any other way to solve my problem? Thanks in advance!

I don't see anything in the spec for an always on USB port. Are you sure you are getting the system turned off, or its it only sleeping? Since it can be used as an external monitor you can sleep the computer while the monitor, and USB hubs, are still up.

Thanks for replying, billsey. Since the computer is an "all-in-one", I'm pretty sure that everything (keyboard, mouse, etc) gets turned off when I shut the system down.  Got some info, but I'm not that sure about this:

Yes, your model doesn't have the HDMI-In port many of the other AIOs have, so there no reason there to leave the display active, which would potentially have explained the power... Check the solutions in that link, I don't think the BIOS setting mentioned is in yours, but the two Windows settings might make a difference.
