Press and hold power button until all lights are dark. Then remove charger. Then insert paperclip into pinhole on bottom for 30 seconds. Then plug charger back in but wait for the battery charge light to turn from steady orange to steady blue. Then try to turn it on again.

Is the blinking blue light the battery charge LED or the power LED?

power led i think cause when i use the charger orange light is steady0

Wait till charger orange light turns to steady blue before you try to turn it on. This may take several hours. Maybe even overnight. If the battery charge LED doesn't turn steady blue then the battery has probably failed and needs to be replaced. Usually about $24USD for most e11 models.

after i gave it to her. she said she removed harddrive and put it back0

That probably explains it. Better check to make sure the hard drive's connector is fully inserted to its mainboard socket.

everything is in its place but there is no sign of living when i press the power button power led is blinking thats it no light from screen no sound i don't want to think it is dead0

Reseat the HDD connections a few times anyway to help clean its contacts. It might also be a good idea to reseat all the other accessible components like RAM module if so equipped. If she indeed tried to install an m.2 card, you probably should remove the bottom cover for a more thorough examination of other ribbon connectors to the mainboard. Some of them are rather small, easy to miss a disconnection and use a rather flimsy sliding wedge to keep them in place on the mainboard. Also, it is imperative that the battery be disconnected from the mainboard immediately after removing the bottom cover as live circuits are exposed.

all the cables are intact hard drive is in its place but it doesn't work

(1) Was the battery disconnected when trying to install the m.2 card?(2) Was an ESD wrist protector used when trying to install the m.2 card?
