Hello! How are you? I have a question about a Acer Aspire 3 SF314-59-769R. So, I plan on buying a new laptop, and there's this Acer, which I just mentioned, that has a i7-1165G7 and is at a decent price, has 8 gigabits of RAM and is part of the Intel EVO lineup, but the problem is 8 gigabits isn't enough for me. I wanted to know if I am able to upgrade it, I just want 16 gigabits of RAM, as 8 isn't enough for me. I don't know if it's soldered, nothing on google helped, as there were reviews for the LPDDR4X version of it, but not the DDR4 version. I'd like to upgrade it to 16 gigabits of 3200 MHZ or higher MHZ RAM and wanted to know. here's the laptop link, thank you in advance! All help is appreciated!

Soldered. So this laptop's RAM is NOT upgradeable. So this is NOT the laptop that you wanted.

Hi,
This model comes with LPDDR4 which is soldered to the motherboard either 8GB or 16GB memory, you can not upgrade memory in this model, you have to choose either model with 8GB or 16GB.

LPDDR4X a lower voltage version of replaceable DDR4 sodimms that can operate at somewhat higher frequencies if allowed by mainboard's bus speed which currently tops out at 1333MHz or 2667MHz double-data rate for most non-gaming laptop models. TaskManger performance, CPU-z & HWINFO64 freeware should reveal all you need to know about the max supported RAM frequency.
