How do you know it's overheating? What are the symptoms? Does the screen stutter which is evidence of CPU and GPU throttling? Does the laptop shut off unexpectedly by itself? If no symptoms like, then it's not overheating. However, you should keep the laptop slightly elevated on a hard surface to promote air flow on the bottom and side vents.

    1. I check the temperature using HWinfo.
    2. Because of the sunshine.
    3. and 4. No

Then it's not overheating. Anything below the 95*C throttling temperature is normal under heavy load. Jack E/NJ

Maybe it is time to blow the dust and replace the thermal paste

Yes, 96*C is too hot. First try alternately vacuuming the air intake port and then using the vacuum blower to blow air into the exhaust port to help dislodge and rremove dust and debris that may have accumulated on the fans and heat sinks. If that doesn't help, then yes you need to re-paste the heatsinks to the CPU and GPU with a quality paste like ArcticMX4 or Kryonaut. Jack E/NJ
