my laptop i3 7th gen with 4GB DDR4 RAM , i want to upgrade the ram to reduce lag. so can i upgrade the ram, if yes how much can i upgrade it to?
is it possible to add ssd to this model

Hi,
You have 4GB onboard memory and a slot for upgrade, you can upgrade up to 20GB(4GB onboard+16GB) with DDR4 2400MHz SODIMM module, as for the SSD query, you can install a M.2 NVMe SSD up to 1TB in your laptop.

Total RAM Capacity of this unit is 20GB so you can add 16GB more RAM.
