WIFI keeps dropping

WIFI keeps dropping every 5 minutes and I need to re-enter the password every time.
I have tried every fix from https://thegeekpage.com/fix-wifi-is-disconnecting-frequently-in-windows-10/ except for a few that I cannot find on my Acer Swift laptop like changing scan interval value.

Anyone can help me figure out the cause and fix? Really frustrated as even posting this was a pain since the WIFI keeps dropping while typing this out.

    Try this method
    • Go to device manager
    • Network Adaptor
    • Right click on your wireless adaptor
    • select uninstall....(dont check the box)

Reboot and reconnect with your wireless

You can also update your driver if there is a new version of your laptop driver

This solution was already mentioned in the link I referenced earlier. I did it and it didn't work.

@daffoldilx Excellent. Glad you're up and running again. Would you mind marking my earlier post as the accepted answer. It may help someone else in the future find what they're looking for.
