I bought a RAM Crucial 8GB DDR4-2666 SODIMM 1.2 V for a notebook but when I put it in the free slot the computer turns on but no way to load RAM and run the boot WIN OS. If I take out the RAM everything works. Can someone help me?

    Hi,
Your motherboard supports module with 1866MHz frequency, but Crucial and other retailers advertise 2666MHz modules as compatible with this model, could you please remove it and use the laptop with onboard memory only and post the CPU-z readings for Memory tab and SPD tab for the memory, on the other hand, the module could be a bad one(DOA) because Acer recommends these modules as well:

    Hi,
Yes, you need a 1866MHz module or at least you may go up to 2133MHz because 2666MHz frequency may be high.

    Hi,
Yes, you have DRAM Frequency of 931MHz, when you have two memory modules you will achieve 1866MHz(2x931) with dual-channel mode.
