Predator Helios 300 smoke and burnt smell help

It burned three times I fixed it 2 times and this the third acer come on what is this I mean I’m in a cooled room and it suddenly turned off and threw smoke please help this affects me so much 😕

    This is a safety hazard issue and you can contact Acer in this case and they will be able to help you in any way.

    I am very sorry to hear that you’re experiencing smoke or burnt smell with your Acer product, can you please explain a little more about the 2 previous times you fixed it, how did you fix it? Have you contacted our local Acer support services to report this? Do you have an energy regulator connected or how do you have connected your Helios 300, can you share pictures? What is the usage you give to the laptop?

    Now when the smell comes out, does the laptop turns off, have you check the temperatures, and does it comes hot to the touch the keyboard or the lower case?

    Please send me a private message and provide me with the serial number

    My recommendation is contacting you local Acer support services for better and faster assistance as if its a hardware issue, we will not serve of much help here on the Acer Community, no troubleshooting steps that we provide will help you.
