Does Acer Reimburse Shipping Charges for a Product Under Warranty?

Submitted my warranty repair request and it was approved, and it Seems pretty ridiculous if Acer expects me to pay to ship a 32 inch monitor (unlike I have from Samsung or LG)., which cost about $150 new, to them which will cost me $80 or so considering it is still UNDER WARRANTY.... This being my first Acer product, I'm not off to a good start with them.

I can't speak for the US, but when I did my warranty repair in the uk was sent a shipping label for free drop off, may be worth chasing support to see if it hasn't been sent out by accident. It may be different but I'd be supprised!0
