What 's the matter with this content shows when I tried to turn on my laptop?
"The upgrade process has been suspended because your battery charge is too low. Please plug in a power source; the process will continue when the charge is more than 25%."

My laptop is a Helios 300 totally new just with 2 days using it. What is wrong?

Nothing's wrong. Some larger Windows 10 updates will trigger that message to ensure the computer has enough charge to complete the installation of the update, so as not to cause any problems if it dies during the update. Simply plug it in and let it charge. You should be able to manually continue the update in Settings - Update & Security. If not, just let it be while the laptop is turned on and it'll do it automatically.

I understood, but when my computer showed that signal was completly full on battery, so do not know if in this case it is normal. Thanks for your help.

Are you able to boot up the computer normally? If so, try opening Settings and going to Update & Security. See if there's an update currently in progress or click Check for Updates to see if it finds any. I'm not sure why it's displaying that message with a full charge. Make sure it's plugged in when you check just to be safe.
