Windows 8 Blue screen appears: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

in 2012 Archives

I just got today a windows 8 Acer V5-571p. But when I restart and a blue screen appears saying: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. The system gives me an option of restore to a time where the computer used to work fine, I choose that option but nothing happens, i just turn to the acer logo and stays lake that.

 

I restart againg and the same thing happen, a blue screen appears saying: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED.

 

PLEASE HELP!!

    Good day

     

    1.Download and install updates and device drivers for your computer from Windows Update.
    2.Scan your computer for computer viruses.
    3.Check your hard disk for errors.

    4. If the machine doesnt boot into Windows, then reload the machine to factory default.
