As soon as I open 3D software like Cinema 4D, Blender, Z Brush and even Adobe Creative suite it is crashing even on Iris XE MAX mode. How do I fix this?

I am experiencing some  graphics driver related trouble on my new acer swift 3x sf314-510g i5 laptop. Getting glitches while playing imported videos on premiere pro 2020 and the glitches appear even on the exported video though I've chosen XE MAX Graphics. Similarly I am unable to operate softwares like Cinema 4D even on XE MAX Graphics mode. How do I fix this?

What is the exact specs of your Swift X3? Especially, how much ram are you running? The Intel Iris Xe Graphics G7 (80EU) runs at a core clock speed of up to 1300 MHz and will run all those softwares easily but it utilises your ram, so and if you are running 8GB of ram increase that to at least 16GB. Also get the latest Intel drivers and install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and get all the latest Intel drivers for the Iris Xe Graphics and all the other Intel latest drivers for your Swift X3 and then try to run those 3D softwares.

Yeah, we really need to know which Swift 3 model you have, there are a lot of different ones. The fact you have the Iris Xe GPU helps narrow it down, but we also need to know how much memory the system has and what drive is in it.
