I have a Nitro 5 AN515-54 and I have High CPU usage around 30% when it is idle and fans are working at 1928 and 1807 RPM continuesly  and battery drains faster than before when I have not that issue and fans would turn off.
How can this be fixed ?

When I am on battery I mostly read pdf documents and just browsing.but it is not ideal that I get a 30% load on CPU !

Check your power profile and make sure it is not set to "high performance" when you switch to battery mode.
Also, click on te battery icon, and drag the slider all the way towartds left to "best battery life".

I have only adobe connect open due to Online Classes and power saver on , But I have 10% CPU load !
Is this Normal or overuse ?

I do not know about adobe connect. What is the load when it is not open? Check under task manager. If the adobe connect app uses abour 5% and your total CPU load is 10% then you are good.

I checked it out it uses maximum 2% but I have 10 -12% CPU load but the numbers are different in task manager and nitro sense.

It's difficult to impossible to answer your question because the actual real-time percentage is not a constant. It depends on what you are doing, and by extension, what the OS, CPU, etc. is doing.

Does maxing out your CPU increase power draw? Yes. Does maxing out your GPU increase power draw? Yes. How much are these in comparison to your backlight, fan, etc...? Well that depends on both your specific backlight, fan, etc., on your specific GPU, CPU, etc., and on what you're doing with them.
