Hi there everyone 😊 I'm praying that I can get some help. O wanted to reinstall windows because even though I didn't have much on here, it was acting up. I was having tons of things in task manager that weren't anything from me and seeing service hosts by the tons and much more. So I did what the person can support tell me to do and reinstalled windows. So now I am typing this with the onscreen keyboard and my touch pad is not working at all. God only knows what else isn't working that I haven't found out about yet. I have hardly had this thing and have had so many issues. It seems like something or someone keeps trying to log into my work group? I have no idea all I know is there's nothing on this computer yet it's getting hot once again and also I have no touch pad or keyboard. can someone please help me? Swift 3

Anyone know what this is? This is crazy that I cat even get into certain folders isn't telling me I'm not an admin. That I should put in a user and password. how is this still going on if I redid the laptop? Sorry for babbling a ton I'm just nervous.

Your Spin SP314-53N should work perfectly, if your touchpad is not working then download this laptops appropriate touchpad driver (click on the link that I've provided for this laptops drivers) as and with a new Win-10 install your keyboard and touchpad should be a default thing that should work perfectly. With the overheating, it depends what temps you are getting? As most people think that their laptops are overheating when they are not and they are performing normally, with the Spin SP314-53N the OS critical shut down is at 98°c and its EC Force shut down is at 99°c but and if your Spin SP314-53N is under warranty don't touch it and take to an Acer Service centre and tell them that your laptop is critically overheating and shutting down so that they can systematically analyse the laptop and fix your overheating issues and all other issues.

With your work group and taskbar additions, you must have a virus and/or its your work groups default short cuts to specific links that are installed? If that is not the case, I would start from scratch especially if you have nothing on this laptop as all these signs seem like a virus and/or a hack into your work group, if those shot cuts are not appropriate to the work group? Start allover again and reinstall Win-10 again with a new work group account.

You will likely want to install other drivers as well, the base Windows install from Microsoft will be missing several. Eventually after doing Windows updates and checking the optional driver updates, they'll all end up installed, but it's easier to just do them manually right away rather than waiting it out. You probably did a Windows reset or clean install rather than doing an Acer recovery install, which is why they are missing.
BTW it's normal to have a whole bunch of things running that aren't immediately recognizable, especially service host tasks. Those are the normal stuff Windows runs in the background, Service Host is used to launch background services...
