Hello!

I decided to create an account and ask here because I am honestly at my wits end. I have purchased recently an Acer Nitro 5 laptop and since the initial installation/activation of windows, I was surprised to see that the built-in speakers do not have the option for TrueHarmony in the settings. I tried downloading the drivers from Acer's site, I tried downloading drivers from Realtek's site directly also. However, nothing that I have done seems to work. Is there some bug with the drivers and if yes what can I do to fix it? Or if I need older drivers or some specific driver could anyone be of assistance? My laptop model is Nitro AN517-52.

Thank you very much in advance.

TrueHarmony is within Realtek Audio Console.

Hey, I do not have that option at all in my Realtek Audio Console. I am attaching a screenshot. Also these options became available after I installed the latest Realtek drivers from Realtek's site and they are from the DTS:X Ultra . The ones I downloaded from Acer's site from this URL https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/8329?b=1 caused me 2 blue screens during the installation. Is there any way you could provide me with a link for the drivers?

I have tried using the Nitro AN517-52 drivers, the Nitro AN517-53 drivers and the latest drivers from the site of Realtek. Nothing seems to work.

TrueHarmony is a CHEAP made by Acer audio enhancement product.

If your laptop comes with PREMIUM audio package like DTS, then Acer doesn't include their own cheap stuff.

The product description doesn't say anything about TrueHarmony because it already came with premium DTS.

Fascinating. I thought it came with the laptop none the less because when I open the NitroSense I got the equalizer option on the top right, thats why I was confused. Does that mean that the equalizer in the NitroSense is just there but is disabled?
