ConceptD 7 Ezel CC715, Pen pressure not working in Photoshop

Using the pen that came with it, pen pressure doesn't work in Photoshop. Contacted adobe and they kept saying I need to reinstall the pen driver but I can't find that or anything Wacom. Acer support is useless, the guy had no idea what I was talking about (Didn't even know if the conceptD had that capability). I tried adding/creating a new .txt file into the photoshop.exe (exactly as recommended in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gf8IOQF3BC0) and that didnt work either. Does anybody have any solution?

You can use newer versions of Photoshop, newer versions can use Windows Ink, older versions only support WinLab API, Acer does not have WinLab support for getting drivers from Wacom
