I have purchased following product on 13th March 2021 online from Acer store, but after some days, it started giving issue. It crushes with blank screen or dotted screen after continuous use for 30mins. Then I need to restart the system to make it work again. Then again after 30mins same thing happens.

In the event log, is there anything around the time of the crashes? And I'd it possible to get the Intel xe driver version?

It may not be this but I know there are some bawked drivers available

Sure thing, for the driver version head to start -> device manager ->expand  display adapters -> double click intel -> click the driver tab, and you should have the driver number and date

For the event log  start -> event viewer -> windows logs -> system

Look for anything around the time of the black screens which is critical, something like stopped responding, service crashed or the likes. If its a full reboot there will be event logs named "kernel power" at the time of the start up to help you find it
