Hi guys! I bought a laptop a couple of weeks ago (Acer Nitro 5 an515-43-R3JU), and immediately faced the problem of freezes in almost every game. Be it Fortnite, Heroes of the Storm, League of Legends, Path of Exile. The funny thing is that the Witcher 3 produces a stable FPS result. I can describe the nature of friezes in the following way: when objects appear in the field of view, graphic effects, character models appear, timely loading of textures, etc.
What I was trying to do:
Reinstalling drivers.
I took the laptop to the service center, where they confirmed that everything was fine with the hardware. Reinstall windows. Adjusted power consumption parameters, with and without Nitrosense (for maximum performance)

Does your laptop have an SSD? Also how much ram does your laptop have?

No, my computer has an HDD, also 8 GB of RAM, but I do not think that the reason for the freezes is the lack of RAM, since I put most games on the minimum settings, which consumed at most 1.5 of my memory

Win 10 uses between 1.5GB to 2.5GB (1.5GB for fresh install) and 2.1GB are reserved for the Vega iGPU. So you are telling us that 3.4GB is enough for gaming? Nope it is not. Put 2x8GB RAM and an SSD and your issue will be gone.

I don't know how to change the language, but I think if we draw an analogy with the English version, all the characteristics will be in the same cells

You got a RAM timings mismatch which can bring  system instability. You have to get 2 sticks with the exact same speed, CL, timings and size.

Install a SSD and move your Windows OS to the SSD. This should fix your problem
