How to remove hard drive and cd drive? Veriton ES-2740G

Hi, does anyone know how I can remove this metal panel which holds the hard drive and the cd drive? I have already removed both screws, top and bottom as shown in the photo above, but it still wouldn't come out. I am trying to access the internals but this thing is blocking it.

You have to remove the front bezel to get to all the screws.
