Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable'. Scroll down and uncheck the box for 'fast  startup'. Jack E/NJ

    Hi benda,

    # Try to update the keyboard driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
    Update drivers in Windows 10
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update driver.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

I've made that and updated all the drivers.
After 1 week when not in use battery dropped to 40%.

Quick Access application in the Window start menu. However, the battery pack might have a high internal self-discharge issue. If the it drains 60% in a week with no peripherals devices attached to any of the ports, then the battery pack should be replaced. About $30USD for your model. Jack E/NJ

Google the keywords, a515-56 replacement battery, for vendors who ship to TelAviv. You can also search by generic or ACER part nos as shown below.  Generally you'll pay more for the ACER labelled part but the battery brands are all very similar in quality/performance. You should check the actual generic part # on the label of your old battery before ordering for an exact replacement. Jack E/NJ

To check the label on the battery it means to take out all the back side of the laptop.
    It's not removable battery!!

Yes, you must remove 11 screws from the base cover and pry it off. Then remove the tape from battery connector and remove battery. Not that much of a job. However, this machine should still be under warranty if new so you should arrange for an ACER warranty repair.  Jack E/NJ

the laptop battery is the same as of an electric car. on paper, they tells you that you have 300 km range. in real life, you have 150 or even less.

I've purchased my laptop from USA and the warranty of the dealer in Israel is only for laptops bought in Israel 🤷🤷

but look for 56 laptops, not 56G, it might have different battery.
