On 10th June 2013 I purchased a new Acer Aspire S7-3391 ultra book from a local store and registered with Acer while doing so I purchased an Extended Warranty for 3 years covering accidental damage and international warranty. Unfortunately I could not register this warranty as the validation code that was supposed to be sent by email never arrived. I had received quite few emails to my registered email address yet the validation code failed. A kind member of the Acer Shop sent me the contract by post bypassing the validation code. I sent this warranty to Plymouth Infoteam by recorded delivery for activation and requesting confirmation.
How can I be sure that this warranty has been activated and registered with Acer warranty program? I would have thought Acer will send me a letter of confirmation of warranty activation with some identifying number and contact telephone number.
I will appreciate any guidance and help in this connection.
