Well you need to first use the AMD Catalyst control center and adjust the resolution. if the issue remains roll back. Sadly there is no other info I could provide you on this.

Catalyst Control Center allows you to adjust underscan from 15% to 0%.   This means basically it is capable of scaling the picture down in size to fit monitors and TV's that use overscan as the default on the TV/monitor side.   Most computer monitors do not overscan, therefore adjusting underscan/overscan on the PC side in catalyst control center should be set to 0%.  If your underscan/overscan setting is correct, and the screen resolution is set to the native resolution of the LCD screen, the image should exactly fill the screen from corner to corner and high contrast text like this response in this forum should appear very clear, and not fuzzy.

A recap, most systems/hardware setups with a basic LCD and a PC with an AMD/ATI graphics card should function correctly at 0% underscan.  Don't fear the 0%, if you can fill the LCD screen from corner to corner at native resolution and text is not blurry/fuzzy, you are golden.
