Aspire Z5600, E recovery and factory apps, Windows 7

Ok, so my wife and I have an Acer aspire all in one touch screen computer, and after about a year, it unfortunatly needed restored. Went to the acer folder in the start menu and went through the E-Recovery and did the restore, computer rebooted and would not load windows. I had to use another version of windows 7, which was ultimate to get the computer back running since the recovery is on a hidden partition, which the alt + f10 did not work. I can get to all the files on the hidden partition, but not one program is executable. Any suggestions on how to re-install the factory programs such as touch portal and all apps? Any help would be appreciated. Also, our version of windows 7 is home premium and I have got that version currently re-installed so the only thing we are missing is the factory apps... Thanks for any and all help with this issue...

Alt + f10 does not work, I managed to get the Erecovery management program reinstalled but it will not reinstall any of the preloaded software. I have not altered the PQservice partition, its still intact and hidden, not sure why I cannot restore. I'd like to get all the factory programs back on it, but with the price of the computer itself, I'm not paying for a restore cd from acer.
