ACER V3-571G losing sound through headphone

Hello,

 

I bought a ACER V3-571G about 4 months ago. Today when I tried using headphone, I could not hear a thing!

 

Have tested headphone with many other devices, headphone is fine.

 

Any help appreciated!

Have you tried going into the audio device settings and seeing if you need to adjust any settings.

 

ps...I know this sounds silly but are you connecting to the output and not input ?

(this probably says something about me...heh heh, !)
