Hi New on here I have looked around previously when I bought my netbook in July 2012
In Feb 2013 I had an issue of windows 7 coming up with a notification of
DISPLAY DRIVER STOPPED RESPONDING AND HAS RECOVERED after this message comes up the screen starts to pixelate and eventually goes to a blue screen shutdown,
This happened about 3 times the first time it occured, I sent it to ACER who basically did what I told them I had done and that was reload the operating system, and sent it back, within 7 days it did t again 3or 4 times in a row, again sent back to ACER they supposedly flashed the BIOS for an upgraded version though the version on the machine was the up to date one according to support online, then by the time it came back again it was into early May first night using it it crashed 4 times (trying to sign into ebay)again rang them send it back they send it back to me passed all tests, again first ues crashes again, again called sent in still passing tests, sent back with note on it saying SOUR (send out unrepaired) recieved it yesterday rang to find out what was going on and when they would replace the machine as it obviously has a fault, that their testing is not showing up but they will not attempt to try using the machine on the net which is when this problem occurs,.
I am sorry if this sounds like a rant or a carry on but this machine is driving me to distraction and I bought it for a specific couple of reasons and 1 being I did not want to take my large laptop out to my workshop area, (to read codes from the car) but this little one has only made it out there once when it was only a couple of days old, and at the moment the only programs on it are the ones it came with.
