AMD RADEON HD 5450 won't work/boot with Acer Power F6..... please direly need help Asap!

I have an Acer Power F6 that dates back to 2007 and have been using it with 9500gt which died on me recently. I recently got a HD 5450 (which works very well with other desktops) to plug into it but it won't even boot. I traced the problem to be an outdated bios. So I downloaded all its respective bios which is R01-B1 but it won't flash because it states that the bios rom id is a mismatch.

I painstakingly wetn through the whole process again and made sure that even the Model number of the PC and operating system were chosen correctly which are Win XP and Machine model number : F6524 motherboard ECS RC415T-AM but the site would still give me a bios rom id of E415SM instead of the machine's EC51GM

Where oh where can I find a recent update bios of rom id : EC51GM for this desktop? because all the ones listed on Acer support will not flash at all. My situation is desperate as I am getting backlogged on my work and really need this graphics card working with this machine. Windows 7 doesn't work properly on it either. I need help asap please.

I have managed to get a work-around and flash the different Bios rom ids but given that they belong to the Acer Power F6 and still won't work with the HD 5450. Am now out of options, who can help out here?

I have already been through all that, having already mentioned it in my first post that is why I posted here after trying all those options you are now suggesting to me.

There is no indication in the first post that you have contacted your local Acer support center.

We are unable to support third party hardware.

However, I do note that the Acer Power F6 shipped with a 250 Watt Power Supply, which was sufficient for what shipped with the system. The AMD Radeon HD5450 requires a 400 Watt or greater power supply recommended, which could cause the system to not boot with it installed.

Please understand that the system is now six years old and support is quite limited.

Now as per the page she gave me, it is particularly addressing resources on the page and even as she states you select what continent you are accessing from, that is the procedure towards, obtaining resource support (drivers and bios) for the PC which is why I said I have already tried that step and not succeeded.

I appreciate your reply though of pointing out the power requirements. Might have to trade in or sell it for something else.
