M3-581TG Problems

I hav e had my M3-581TG for under 6months, and thing starts happening.

 

First of all I can specify that my version of the M3-581TG is:

 

CPU Type:Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.00GHzCPU

Speed:2.02 GHz

System Memory:3.18 GB

Video Card Model:NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT

Video Card Memory:2.38 GB

 

My problems are kinda basic,

 

I play games like WoW and D3 on it, and it goes so hot (no, im not covering up the fan) that it turns itself off, and not only that, but my connection goes down as well.

 

In Norway this computer costed 1355 Euro under 6 months ago, so c'mon is it a way to fix this or do I need to hand it in to Acer and get a new one?
