      Go to just about any Acer website (eg acer.com) and select 'about acer'. Ultimately the menus will lead you to corporate structure, management etc. Acer is a large corporation with many 'irons in the fire'. Involvement with a particular outfit would be difficult to determine, even for Acer employees. You could try a 'contact us' option in the corporate structure pages and ask them.
