Acer Aspire One D255 Problem

Hi i'm new here  

 

i have simple problem ... but dunno how ti fix it

The netbook is running windows 8 RTM 

one time i hibernated the system 

then placed it on my bag

after a while 

i turned it on again

but the problem is

nothing shows in the screen O_O ... 

no bios logo etc but the led indicator that there is pwoer and its processing something lights up

i can also turn on wi fi on and off via FN+F3 

but nothing shows up like interface...and seems that the monitor is turned off... when i press F2 for the first time nothing happens(suppose to have the bios options)

 

and another question

if ever i purchased my netbook in singapore where do i seek service support? 

its been 2 yrs now sincei bought this netbook

I can only suggest that you connect an external monitor to the system to see if video output is available.

This would tell you if the LCD is having a problem, or the video card.
