Not any sound!!

Aspire AX1301-U1312, Its brand new and its never had any sound,can't hear the speakers and I plugged in some external speakers and there isn't any sound there either?   Help me please!!!

    First Check Control Panel/Sound Click on The Realteck Digital Audio output and click on Properties

    Device Usage is set at Use this device (enabled)

    Under Levels make sure the volume contol (blue) does not have a red symbol on it if so click on it to remove it. 

    Click on advanced and Test. If the Restore Defaults is showing click on it. 

    If there is a problem with the Driver then reinstall if from the link below

    Under Enter Model Name Type in Aspire X1301

    It will as for your Version Of Windows 7 32 or 64 Bit If you don't know Right click My Computer Under System Type it will tell you.

    Find the Audio Driver and Download it and then install it extract it and install it. I always restart my computer after reinstalling new drivers....Good Luck hope it works!
