Acer TravelMate P653-M PXE Boot issue

Hi All.

I'm having an issue with a new batch of Acer TravelMate P653-M-6616's running Win 7 we ordered. When they are set to PXE boot, they pxe boot fine and if no option is selected, it should load the hard drive. However, instead of booting to the hard drive after PXE, it jsut sits at a black screen, not even trying to load the HDD. If I tell it to skip PXE boot, it tries to PXE boot for a 2nd time right after and same thing happens. If i tell it to skip PXE boot both times, it will load straight to the HDD fine. If i have HDD set for first boot priority, it works fine. If I hit F12 and try to do a once off boot to the network card, same issue arises. If I try to copy a its image over the network to our storage server through PXE when PXE is set to first boot, it will see it and start downloading it, but it does not see the HDD at all, it tried to copy the image back to the network card's MAC address, and says it is invalid.

To me, it sounds like when PXE boot is set to first priority, and it corectly boots to it, it ignores the other boot orders and forgets it has a HDD in it.

I have tried setting the boot order using the ProShield program in Windows, which keeps crashing(only when i click the boot order link, all other links work fine), even after re-install, and doing int manually in the BIOS, both to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
