My laptop is not shutting down !!!

Hi, I brought a new laptop from walmart about 3 months ago . It is a Acer aspire 5733Z-4633, intel pentium P6200 with windows 7. It is not woring now. It has a problem while opening( it takes 25-40 mins to open) and it takes forever to shut down( atleast 2 hrs) . what should I do now ? Walmart returns the electronic item only within 15 days , so i cannot return it . I am so much disappointed with this laptop.

That is certainly not normal operating times for startup.

 

To eliminate any software issues, it is suggested that you restore the system to factory defaults.
