3830TG + SSD 320 Intel + 13x Error

Hello!

I have a 3830TG with a SSD of 120 GB (model Intel Series 320).
After a long sleep, the BIOS does not recognize the hard disk. This problem is known, and Intel made available a new firmware. (http://communities.intel.com/message/133505)

However, the firmware only works on SSD sold "in a box", not OEM. I still do a test but without success.

Today, Acer offers only upgrade from windows, but in my case, it is useless!

Has it ever happened to anyone? One solution is it possible from Acer? The intel guarantee it can handle this problem (Despite of the 1 year warranty has passed ...)?

Thank you in advance for your research and answers.

Benjamin

PS: sorry for my english, I'm french !...

I'm not seeing any Aspire 3830TG systems that shipped with an SSD.

If you can provide the serial or SNID to me in a PM, please.

Unfortunately, the only option I'm able to provide you at this time would be to send the unit in for service on the drive.
